Joining costs nothing and there is no monthly fee. When a participant pays for your session, OurOpenSpace keeps a flat 12% and the remaining 88% is yours. You can also run free sessions — many clinicians use them to introduce a new group.
Participants can cancel up to 24 hours before a session for a full refund; inside 24 hours, the fee is retained. Series can be billed up front or as a monthly subscription, and enrollment management — including refunds if you cancel a series — is handled by the platform.
Because every session is private pay, there is no insurance side to your practice here: no credentialing, no panels, no claims, no clawbacks, and no diagnosis codes required to get paid. You set prices between $0 and $100 per seat and control group capacity.
Referrals reduce your costs further: refer a peer clinician and you earn credits that offset platform fees.
Licensed mental-health clinicians — your license number and type are submitted at registration and manually reviewed before you can publish.
Payments are processed by Stripe when participants book. Your payout history and per-session earnings are visible in your dashboard at any time.
Yes — clinicians can register for sessions hosted by other clinicians, at the listed price.
