Not in immediate crisis?

If you are safe but struggling, booking a session with a licensed clinician is a good next step — many sessions on OurOpenSpace are free or low-cost, and online options are usually available within days. You can also reach our support team from your dashboard for help using the platform (note: support staff are not clinicians and cannot provide counseling).
